Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist located in Olive Branch, MS. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing front desk activities including collecting balances and copays. Additional duties include maintaining a welcoming office environment, and supporting the administrative needs of the medical team.
